Scottsdale Golf Properties Community

The Boulders

The Boulders, Scottsdale, Arizona, is a master planned community of homes and luxury on approximately 1,000 acres. Golf membership initiation fees at The Boulders, Scottsdale, are $135,000 for the Family Premier Golf Membership, and only $38,000 for the Social Premier Membership. Golf dues are $475 per month and $234 per month, respectively. There is a membership cap of 445 for the two 18-hole golf courses designed by Jay Moorish.

Premier memberships include membership in The Boulders' Golden Door Spa which is a 33,000 sq. ft. spa featuring 24 treatment rooms offering special Native-American wraps and therapies, and a movement studio that provides all levels of Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi classes.

Homeowner's dues for luxury homes in The Boulders, Scottsdale are from $115 to $210 per month. The resale homes on the market range from $429,000 to $2,100,000, while there are custom lots available for new builds from $279,000 to $825,000.

There is a new custom lot subdivision now open - La Ultima Piedra - with 12 outstanding custom lots ranging in price from $450,000 to $850,000!

DC Ranch

DC Ranch is a nationally acclaimed master planned community of luxury homes and home sites on approximately 8,300 acres in the Western Foothills of the McDowell Mountains, at elevations of 1500 to 4000 feet. 2,000 acres is devoted to residential homes, 300 acres to smaller attached homes, and 50 acres to the resort. DC Ranch maintains approximately 10% of it's acreage as common area open space.

DC Ranch offers residents a wide range of amenities, including two private clubs and golf courses on 400 acres, The Country Club and The Silverleaf Club, Desert Camp community recreational facility, Market Street and neighborhood parks. Phase I offers 13 miles of paths and trails, with pedestrian underpasses maintaining path and trail continuity at major street crossings. Future amenities include places of worship, a proposed Town Center and various services.

DC Ranch retains a small town atmosphere that focuses on the needs of the people who live there.

Desert Highlands

Desert Highlands, North Scottsdale, Arizona is an 850 acre residential golf community in North Scottsdale. Desert Highlands is located on the south slope of Pinnacle Peak, one of the area's prominent natural landmarks. Golf membership comes with home ownership and stays with the land. The membership fee is currently $75,000. Monthly membership dues are currently $675. and include golf, tennis, clubhouse usage, guard services, and common area and road maintenance. Desert Highlands offers a variety of residential choices from custom home sites and homes to villas and production homes. Home prices range from $700,000 to $3,900,000 (square footage from 2,600-12,000+) and lots from $220,000 to $650,000.

Desert Mountain

Desert Mountain, Scottsdale, Arizona, is a master planned community on approximately 8,100 acres. Desert Mountain's club is private and family golf membership is included in most lot & home sales. Desert Mountain has five 18-hole golf courses designed by Jack Nicklaus. Golf memberships are currently valued at $225,000 and will be $275,000 when the 6th course opens in November of 2003.

Desert Mountain Scottsdale AZ homes range in value from $425,000 without a golf membership, to $5 million. Lots at Desert Mountain range from $70K without a golf membership, to $3 million with a golf membership. Developer lots start at $350K.

Estancia

The private master planned community of Estancia in Scottsdale, Arizona claims the Southwest’s most prestigious address. Estancia encompasses 640 acres of the most exquisite Sonoran high desert terrain and features 223 spectacular custom home sites and 39 beautifully designed villas. Lots range from $265,000 to $1,890,000 and the homes range from $1,100,000 to $5,900,000. Homeowner's dues are $180/mo. Homeowner's dues for La Scala homes are $275/mo.

At Estancia’s centerpiece lies an exclusive private golf club, by invitation only. With a restricted membership cap of 325. This exclusive membership takes pride in the superb 18-hole golf course designed by Tom Fazio, which was awarded Golf Digest’s “Best New Private Course of 1996”. Golf membership initiation fees are $205,000 with $775 annual dues.

Estancia includes a magnificent European-style Clubhouse that features private dining areas, club grill, tennis facilities, a swimming pool and fitness center with full locker room facilities.

Mirabel

Mirabel in Scottsdale, Arizona is a wonderful place to live and play. Mirabel places a premium on privacy, serenity and service.

There is beauty as near and far as the eye can see. Situated on 713 acres of pristine desert land at an elevation of nearly 3,000 feet, Mirabel promises residents the beauty and pure air of the desert, set against panoramic views of majestic mountains, like Pinnacle Peak, glowing sunsets and the sparkling lights of the valley.

At Mirabel, Tom Fazio designed a challenging golf course that golfers of all skill levels will find dramatic and playable. The course plays to around 7,200 yards from the tips to 5,000 yards from the forward tee, with a par of 71. An intimate membership makes it one of the more exclusive private clubs in Scottsdale. Mirabel's golf membership is limited to 350 golf members and only residents may join by invitation. The club will be wholly equity-owned by club membership.

Mirabel's health spa offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, championship clay tennis courts, and exquisite spa & salon services.

Poolside cabanas complete the Mirabel experience with full amenities, including lounge chairs, audio/visual equipment, refrigerators, massage services, and accompanying attendants to offer casual fare for poolside dining.

Terravita

Terravita, Scottsdale, Arizona is a Del Webb developed 840 acre master planned community with an 18-hole championship golf course that was designed by world-renowned golf course architects Billy Casper and Greg Nash. In addition to championship golf, Terravita provides clubhouse facilities, Health / Fitness Center, Swim and Tennis Center and a community-wide system of walking and jogging trails.

Terravita's gated community offers homes that range from 2 to 4 bedrooms, some with guest casita, private pool/spa and backyard entertaining centers and are priced from $200,000 to over $700,000 (square footage from 1,400-3,700). Nearly every home site is planned to backup to the golf course or natural open space.

Membership Information: Golf memberships are available to resale buyers if the home they are purchasing currently has a golf membership with it. The Initiation fee is $37,500 with 80% equity and monthly dues are $376 per couple and $452 per family. Check on membership availability prior to purchasing. The social membership is $114 per month.

Troon

Troon in the Scottsdale Foothills, Arizona is a 1,400 acre master planned community surrounding Troon Mountain. The centerpiece of Troon is its spectacular 48,000-square-foot clubhouse. The Troon Golf and Country Club boasts individual men’s and women’s whirlpools and spas, coed fitness facilities with the latest in exercise equipment, a refreshing pool, and tennis courts with a full program of activities and tournaments. The Troon 18-hole championship course was designed by Tom Weiskopf in conjunction with architect Jay Morrish. Residents find little reason to ever leave this desert haven.

Membership Information: Golf Membership eligibility is on an application and availability basis. Applications may be submitted to the membership committee. The Initiation Fee is $85,000 for property owners and $90,000 for non-property owners and is non-refundable. There is a waiting list at this time. Monthly dues are $510 and there is a $100 monthly food and beverage minimum. Social memberships are also available for $8,500 with monthly dues of $190 which includes tennis, swimming, fitness, dining and restricted summer golf. This does not include homeowner's association fees. The membership cap is 390.

Troon offers 15 different luxury and million dollar subdivisions, including exceptional residential choices-from low-maintenance villas to sprawling custom estates, most neighborhoods with their own community areas with pool, spa and clubhouse:

Custom Homes are from $1.9M to just under $5 Million. Developer Villas are coming soon. Custom Home Sites range from $300 K to $850K.

Grayhawk
